If you are under 18, you are required to have a responsible person, aged 18+, with you attending the event.
Online tickets are transferable. If for any reason you can’t make it to the event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else (However all sales are final. No refunds.) If you do not have a copy of your tickets and an online ticket purchase needs to be looked up in our system, the purchaser must be present with their valid government-issued photo ID.
“Point and shoot” style cameras are permitted, as well as camera phones. However cameras with a detachable lens will not be allowed into the venue without an approved photo pass. Please keep in mind that photo policies vary each show as dictated to us by the headlining act.
If you are a member of a media outlet and would like to request a photo pass, please submit a formal, written request to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 2 weeks prior to the concert date. Not all photo pass requests will be approved. If approved, you must sign a photo waiver which outlines the rules of shooting.
Tickets purchased through a third party website such as Stubhub or Craigslist are purchased at your own discretion. When you purchase tickets from a third party, you do so at your own risk. We will not be able to verify nor assist you if your ticket is invalid. We advise only purchasing tickets from our list of official ticket outlets, as listed above.
