+ DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET?
Children under the age of 3 are free. Please refer to the event page on our website for the event you are interested in attending to view age requirements for that event.
+ WHAT DOES “ALL AGES ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT” MEAN?
If you are under 18 years of age, you are required to have a responsible person, aged 18+ (with a valid government-issued photo ID), with you to be admitted into the venue. An adult 18+ may accompany up to two minors. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
+ CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKET?
Online tickets are transferable. If for any reason you can’t make it to the event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else (However all sales are final. No refunds.) If you do not have a copy of your tickets and an online ticket purchase needs to be looked up in our system, the purchaser must be present with their valid government-issued photo ID.
+ CAN I BRING IN MY CAMERA?
“Point and shoot” style cameras and camera phones are permitted. However, cameras with a detachable lens will not be allowed into the venue without an approved photo pass. Please keep in mind that photo policies vary for each show as dictated to us by the headlining act.
+ HOW CAN I GET A PHOTO PASS?
If you are a member of a media outlet and would like to request a photo pass, please submit a formal, written request to info@bampproject.com no later than 2 weeks prior to the concert date. Not all photo pass requests will be approved. If approved, you must sign a photo waiver that outlines the rules of shooting.
+ I BOUGHT MY TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY TICKETING SITE. WILL I BE ALLOWED ENTRY?
Tickets purchased through a third-party website such as StubHub, Facebook/Instagram comments, Craigslist, etc are purchased at your discretion. When you purchase tickets from a third party, you do so at your own risk. We will not be able to verify or assist you if your ticket is invalid. The only way to guarantee entry is by purchasing tickets from our list of official ticket outlets. Ticket outlets vary by event, so please visit our full list of events HERE and select the event you are interested in attending to review verified purchase options.
+ I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT A SHOW, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled or postponed. All fees (booking, service, transaction, processing, shipping, fulfillment, etc.) are non-refundable.
+ HOW DO I GET CODES FOR PRE-SALES?
To get the codes for pre-sales you must be signed up for our newsletter. Make sure you customize your preferences by genre so you can stay up to date on all of the upcoming shows you love! Click HERE to sign up.
